Shipping Policy (Fulfilled by AutoDS + Amazon supplier)

 

How orders are fulfilled

Orders are processed through our Fulfilled by AutoDS (FBA) automation, but we do not package or ship products. Shipping and packaging are handled by the supplier (Amazon).

 

Processing and delivery

Orders typically complete within minutes, but can take up to 24 to 72 hours in some cases. Delivery dates are estimates only and can change due to factors outside our control. Handling Times is 5 business days.

 

Shipping fees

We use Amazon Prime accounts to process Fulfilled by AutoDS (FBA) orders for items shipped directly by Amazon, so many orders qualify for Prime shipping benefits. Shipping fees may still apply for items sold by third-party sellers on Amazon, and in rare cases even Prime-eligible items can have a shipping fee.
