Refund policy

Return window and eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (older than 30 days is automatically rejected). Items must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible.
• Returns are only available for orders of $10 or more. Returns cannot be initiated before the order has been delivered.

How returns and refunds work

• To start a return, contact us at hello@coozyloom.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on where to send the item.
• Please use only the return label we provide — returns sent with a different label or carrier cannot be accepted.
• Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. The full timeline is typically 1–3 weeks from the date of delivery.

Important notes

• Not all items are eligible for return. Certain product categories may be marked as final sale and are non-returnable.
• Refunds are not guaranteed for items returned outside the 30-day window, items that are damaged or used, or items in non-returnable categories.
• Any additional return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
